An annual remembrance ceremony for victims of violent crimes returned Thursday night to Central Prestyterian Church for victims to realize energy from each other and to position ornaments for his or her family members on the normal Tree of Angels.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the group had foregone an indoor ceremony for the previous two years with an internet program offered in 2020 and an outside ceremony staged in 2021 at Farmers’ Market.
